Discovery + site visit

We walk your block, listen to how you want to live, and pull together feasibility costings. No pressure, no contract, no fee.

Wk 01–02

Design + town planning

Concept floor plans evolve into a full permit-ready package with our design partners. You sign off every revision.

Wk 03–10

Fixed-price tender

A line-by-line build cost. Selections, finishes, allowances. The number you see is the number you pay.

Wk 11–12

On-site construction

Weekly site walkthroughs, photo updates, and a dedicated PM who actually answers their phone.

8–14 mo

Handover + warranty

Final walkthrough, defect period, statutory warranty, and a backed promise we'll be there long after the keys are handed over.
