Photographs of completed projects on this website are owned by us or used with permission. Where a photograph shows a private residence, the homeowner’s identity and address are not disclosed. If you are a NewTown Homes client and prefer photos of your build not to appear on our website or social media, please let us know in writing.

6. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting our contact form does not create a contract or obligation between you and us. We may reply, decline, or take no action on any enquiry at our discretion. Any quotes or estimates we provide are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise specified, and are subject to:

• Site inspection and feasibility assessment
• Final design approval and council/permit conditions
• Confirmation of inclusions and selections
• Execution of a written building contract
